Even after due clarification from JC Diwakar Reddy that he has not abused the police, the police have booked case against him saying that he stopped the police from discharging the duties and also abused them.
JC said that he in fact abused a person who tresspassed into his farm house and barged into his room and also was filming the guest house. How can I allow an unidentified person to take video of my farm house JC questioned.
But the police have filed cases against him for abusing them and also for not allowing them to discharge their duties. There was a heated argument between the police and JC Diwakar Reddy when he was doing the fast unto death at his farm house as he was not allowed to do it at the Tahsildar office.
JC brothers were angry that cases were filed against them in the name of SC ST atrocities. This was nothing but politicising the issues they opined.
They have condemned the attitude of the YSRC Government for implicating them in false cases. JC brothers said that they will face the Government legally.
They opined that there was no law and order in the state and that the police were taking law into their hands and have become pawns in the hands of the politicians.
