Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao will hold a high-level review meeting at Pragathi Bhavan here on Saturday to chalk out strategy for the non-agriculture lands and properties registration in view of the orders given by the High Court on the matter.
Along with the Chief Secretary, senior Revenue Department officials will participate in the review meeting. The copy of orders given by the High Court on the matter have not reached the state government as yet.
The Saturday meeting is scheduled to discuss at length on the orders given by the High Court and take a decision accordingly.
The CM would discuss with the Revenue department officials, Law officers whether to file an appeal against the High Court Orders or prepare guidelines in accordance with the High Court directive and take a final decision accordingly.
There is every chance that the state Government might appeal to the Supreme Court against the verdict of the High Court on the said registrations.
