Popular News Presenter and Journalist from Republic TV shouted from the police van that his life is under threat and he is in danger. He stated that, was not allowed to speak to the lawyers.
The matter should be brought to the notice of the Supreme Court. The Maharashtra police said that Arnab has no legal rights. Arnab was seen shouting to his reporters from the police van to other jail.
He was pushed and assaulted in the Jail. He was requesting the central Government to intervene. It may be recalled that Arnab was arrested in an old case where the interior designers have committed suicide.
Arnab also charged that he has been subjected to atrocities. Now Arnab is trying to approach the Supreme court. It looks like they want to delay the result of Arnabs release. They want to keep him jail.
It is alleged that Arnab was woken up at 6 am and assaulted. He was dragged out of the Jail and shifted to another jail where he was seen shouting to his reporters.
Right now Arnab is in Taloja jail. Home Minister Amit Shah has also made remarks against the Maharashtra Government, but so far nothing has been done to save Arnab.
Arnab is not being allowed to take the legal recourse. Now Arnab is at the mercy of the Supreme Court.
