The ACB has not followed the procedure while arresting the TDP leader Acham Naidu said many TDP leaders. TDP Chie Chandrababu Naidu termed his arrest as a Kindap by the ACB to appease the CM Jaganmohan Reddy.
Kala Venkat Rao the TDP senior leader said that the BC leader Acham Naidu has been arrested illegally and this is an insult to the BCs,But the YSRC leaders opined that it was right to arrest corrupt Ministers and that their e was nothing wrong. The ladies from Acham Naidu’s house charged that Naidu was not even given time to take the tablet or breakfast.
They said that the leader should have been called to the ACB office for investigation or enquiry. The ACB officer Ravikumar clarified that there was a misappropriation of funds in the ESI purchases and that the orders were given directly by the hen Minister Acham Naidu directly with the nomination and not the stipulated tender process.
It is reported that Acham Naidu will be produced before the magistrate in Visakhapatnam. The YSRC leaders are saying that some more scams will come out and he TDP leaders would have no other option but to go to jail.
