People line up at wine shops

People habituated to drinking have lined up in big numbers in front of the wine shops. Some of them thanks to Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for not raising he rates like the AP Government.

While announcing the opening of wine shops in the Telangana state, KCR announced a hike of 16 per cent on the liquor bottles. People are waiting in front of the shops from 6 am to buy the liquor.

The police are already facing a tough situation here in Hyderabad and across Telangana in front of the wine shops to see that the people observe the physical distance.

The drinkers are not bothered about the little hike that the KCR Government has announced. They are very happy that the shops are getting opened.

The shops are supposed to open around 10 am. The buyer must have a mask , otherwise, the liquor will not be given. The AP Government has hiked the liquor rates by seventy per cent.
