One of the busiest and richest Temple of the world Tirumala Tirupathi devasthanam is deserted due to Corona. The TTD officials have blocked all the ways to Tirumala.
The board members have thought it fit not to allow the Pilgrims to the hill shrine until further orders from the Government. This has been done to avoid people from joining the big gatherings.
One Pilgrims was suspect of the Coronavirus and he has whisked away to the SVIMS hospital for isolation. It is written that Pothuluri Veerabrahmendra Swamy has predicted on the closure of the TTD long ago and it has become true now.
He has also predicted the virus and also the deaths.
Until and unless the Corona issue is resolved the TTD Darshan will be closed. The streets of TTD which were always jampacked are now deserted.
The Srivari Koneru is also closed to avoid Corona. TTD Chief SV Subbareddy said that the situation will be reviewed from time and time and if things are going to better, the Pilgrims could be allowed with Timeslots for Darshan.
TTD is losing Rs 3 crore on an average on a daily basis.
