Popular Lyric writer Ramajogaih Sastry planted trees as part of the Green India challenge started by TRS MP Joginapally Santosh Kumar. This is working as an extension to the Haritha Haram program launched by the TRS Government under the leadership of K Chandrasekhar Rao the Telangana CM.
More than 5 crore trees have been planted under the green India challenge initiated by the MP Santosh Kumar. People from all walks of life and Telugu people in foreign countries are following Santosh Kumar under the green challenge initiative.
All of them have appreciated the initiative taken by Santosh Kumar for developing the climate here in the state of Telangana. MPs and central Ministers also have planted saplings and small trees in the compound of the parliament buildings.
Both Haritha Haram and Green India Challenge are working wonders for the development of greenery in the state of Telangana. It is learnt that some either Governments are planning to emulate the Green India Challenge like programs for the development of greenery in the states.
The central government is also planning at improving greenery across the country to reduce Global warming.Both Green India and also the Haritha Haram area a big success in the State of Telangana.
