Minister for Finance Harish Rao today advised his followers and the people of Siddipet that they must observe every Friday as dry day. He complimented and thanked the chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for giving a 30-day target to clean and sanitise every village of the state.
The garbage and dirt that has been accumulated for the last 70 years under the Congress regime have been cleansed by the TRS workers and the voters here in every village he said.
Swatch Bharat and dry day must be observed at any cost he suggested the people of Siddipet. The grama swaraj as envisaged by the Pujya Bapuji and the Telangana Gandhi must be achieved he said.
He was happy that people are keeping their surroundings clean and green. This must continue in a big manner and must be observed all the time and achieve hundred per cent sanitation he suggested.
To be healthy one must observe the dry day in a week he said. The people responded to it in a positive manner. He said that the sanitation workers in all the districts must get insurance.
They will get all the required infrastructure soon he assured. He complimented the sanitation workers for doing work across the district and also in the state.
