The High court has given a green signal to Municipal elections in Telangana. Earlier some petitions were filed against the conduct of the elections here in Telangana.
The petitions were that the rule of reservations was no being implemented by the Government. All the petitions against the elections were quashed by the Court.
Now the Political parties will get busy for the Municipal elections. The TRS Government has been doing a lot of work in terms of the development of the Municipalities here in the state.
KTR the Minister for Municipal administration is confident that the TRS would get all the majority very easily in the Municipal elections. In the last elections, the TRS has got a bumper majority in GHMC elections under the leadership of KTR.
The Congress lost the elections miserably.
