Congress senior leader V Hanumanth Rao was at his best at the Alai Bhalai program. He was offended that there were no hoardings of the congress leaders near the venue of the Alai Bhali at the JalaDrushyam.
This is not fair, Sonia Gandhi has given Telangana he reminded. But you are celebrating Alai Bhalai. you have to give some credit to the Congress also he said.
This statement he made in the presence of Governors Dattatreya and Tamilisai. Former Governor CH Vidya Sagar Rao was also present here. They were all in smiles. Union Home Minister of State G Kishan Reddy was also present along with the state BJP President Dr Laxman.
On the other hand, Hanumanth Rao also thanked that it was Dattanna who started the Alai Bhalai 15 years ago. He opined that it was a big program and where people from all sections meet and greet each other.
He said that this kind of programs is very much necessary for propagating the culture of the Telangana. Alai Bhalai is nothing but a meeting of minds and pardoning each other he stated.
