Tamilisai Soundar Rajan has taken over as the new Governor of Telangana today. She took oath in English and in the name of God. She was flanked by the Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao one side and the Chief Justice on the other side.
She was presented by the Boquests by KCR the Chief Minister and also the justice here. For the first time, Rajbhavan was filled with the VVIPs from the BJP and also TRS political parties.
TRS working President KTR, former Minister Harish Rao were seen busy meeting the Ministers and other TRS leaders. KTR was seen talking to central Minister Kishan reddy. Bandaru Dattatreya the Governor designate was seen meeting the Ministers here.
While KTR looked happy, Harish looked confused and hesitant as he did not receive the phone call for the swearing-in ceremony. Many BJP functionaries and TRS functionaries also attended the swearing-in ceremony.
Today the new Governor Tamilisai will administer the oath of secrecy to the Ministers.
