Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said that the Kaleshwaram project will change the face of Telangana. The Godavari water was going waste into the sea and the same was now being tapped back to the fields with the vision of the chief Minister KCR he said.Fadnavis participated in the function as one of the chief Guests and expressed his happiness. Fadnavis said that the unique project will change the face of Telangana.
He opined that the water should not be wasted at any point in time and it should be utilised for the irrigation and also drinking purpose. He complimented the chief Minister KCR for taking up the project which would help the farming community in a big way. Fadnavis participated in the Yagam along with KCR and AP CM Jaganmohan Reddy before dedicating it to the Nation.
Along with the Guests, the Ministers from Telangana also participated in the event. Some of them launched the pump houses in their own districts. TRS working President participated in the event at Siricilla. Wearing a green scarf KTR participated in the Puja program. He worshipped the Ganga canal here in his constituency. KCR was present at various sites of the project till 4 pm in the evening and later he returned to Hyderabad.
