Ravi Prakash who is facing multiple charges in the forgery case and the data sterling case is absconding. Ravi Prakash approached the Supreme Court after his bail plea got dismissed in the High Court. The petition is to be brought to the judicial inquiry today. Ravi Prakash being in touch with Amit Shah and trying to get BJP leaders Support in the center. On the other hand, he is trying for an advance bail in the supreme court.
On the other side, the Telangana police were intimidated for Ravi Prakash. There were cases registered under IT Act 66 (C) 66 (D), 72, 406, 420, 467, 469, 471, 120 B. Ravi Prakash, another accused actor Shivaji did not attend the police inquiry even though after notices were issued twice in the CRPC sections 160 and CRPC 41A.
Police have found that Ravi Prakash has changed 30 SIM cards so far. Ravi Prakash requested the High Court twice to give him advance bail. He had been left behind twice.
