Item numbers are the in thing these days. That too with the leading ladies. While some of the top leading ladies working Telugu have said that they will not do any item numbers in future, Tamannah is one lady who says she is ready but at a higher rate. She is going to charge at her will and if anyone is interested she will do the item number.
The Baahuabli actress has also done a special song in an upcoming film Jaguar. When asked about it, she says, “We have already finished the shooting. I think people enjoy my dance numbers. I still don’t understand why, in the South, people think negatively about a top actress appearing in a special song. There is no such problem in Hindi films — Deepika, Katrina and Kareena often do item numbers.
