Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao who did not celebrate his birthday for the sake of martyrs is busy giving the final touches to the cabinet expansion to be held on 19nth. There are a lot of speculations about the number and also the names of the MLAs to become the Ministers. MLAs who don’t get representation in the Ministry would get the posts of whips and secretaries. All the districts will get some representation or the other. That is for sure.
The deputy speaker post is also there. It will be a combination of old and new faces. But there will be scope for another expansion after the parliament elections.
There is speculation that Harish and KTR may not get the space in the cabinet. Some say KTR may not be included as he is already heading the party as the working president. People also say that Harish Rao could be drafted for the parliament elections.
The suspense could be over by this night or tomorrow early in the morning. There is a chance that the Home portfolio given to Mahmood Ali could be changed. All said and done KCR might give a surprise in his permutations and combinations for the proposed cabinet expansion.
