Speaker Pocharam Srinivas Reddy thanked CM KCR on a personal basis for making him the speaker unanimously. He also thanked the people for electing him 6 times as the MLA from Banswara. Giving the responsibility of the Speaker shows that you have all the confidence in me.
I will do without any favour or partiality the Speaker said. He sought the cooperation of one and all in discharging the duties. It is a crucial and a difficult responsibility he opined. I have to see that the work is done here and the legislation made bust benefit the people in general.
Don’t indulge in allegations and wasting the time he suggested. The house is for the sake of debate on public issues. We all must strive for the benefit of the people cutting across the party lines the Speaker suggested. I will do to the best of my ability the Speaker assured the members. Regarding the success in agriculture, he said that ti was the idea of the CM and the implementation of the officials at the field level. The MLAs must maintain discipline and give all the cooperation in running the house properly.
