Depending on too much of violence has proved costly for Boyapati Srinivas the mass director. Saraynodu did well at the box office and that got him a chance with Ram Charan and Chiranjeevi also promised a movie with the director who glorifies violence. But Vinaya Vidheya Rama was not acceptable to the audience with too much of violence. The music also did not gel well with the movie. Finally, it did not live up to the Sankranthi expectations. The result is that Chiranjeevi may opt out of the project that Boyapati has designed for him in recent times. Boyapati would be forced to alter it for someone else. It could be with Balaiah or NTR for that matter.
Boyapati was branded as a Nandamuri director. But he could enter the mega family with his success rate. Now he lost that due to the average talk for VVR.His next project would decide his fate further. It all depends on who will give him the next project. Balakrishna unmindful of hits and flops would take the risk to do a movie with Boyapati as he did with puri in the name of Paisa Vasool which was a disaster. Balaiah is always there for experimenting and he is a directors actor. So Boyapati can get ready for Balakrishna’s next.
