The issue of Ramjanmaboomi has been postponed to Jan 29. One of judges UU Lalit has stepped down from the Bench as one of the lawyers objected to his presence. Lalit appeared as a lawyer some time ago to one of the parties in this dispute of Ayodhya.

The case on the land dispute is getting postponed from time to time. First, the CJ stepped down from the Bench. Next one of the judges from the new bench stepped down.

Now a new bench will be constituted for the case on January 29. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Modi said that they would think about an ordinance to construct the Ram Temple, once the case is resolved by the court. The BJP Government does not want to take any chance this time.

On the other hand, the MIM Chief Asaduddin Owiasi has challenged that the Ram Temple on the disputed site cannot be constructed with the help of an Ordinance. The VHP and the RSS are agitating to see that the Temple is constructed at the earliest possible.
