AP CM Chandrababu Naidu who contested the elections with the Congress in the name of Praja Kutami opined that the BJP was more dangerous than the Congress party. It may be noted that he is also trying to stitch a front at the national level along with the Congress against the BJP.
Chandrababu said that while several states were accorded with special status the centre was not giving the same to the AP as promised by them earlier. He said that Modi the PM promised the special status and a great capital for Andhra better than Delhi when he was at Tirupati. How can Modi forget the promise made at the feet of Lord Balaji he questioned?
The Congress Chief Rahul Gandhi has promised special status to AP he reminded. He was of the opinion that Congress was a better party than the BJP.
The Chief Minister of AP again asserted that he will not keep quiet until the special status was accorded to Andhra Pradesh.
