With two independents supporting the TRS, the tally of the TRS has gone up by 2 to 90. It is reported that some more MLAs my join the TRS in the coming days. The TRS has kept the option open. Both Harish and KTR are working on the process of increasing the tally.
Meanwhile, the KCR has taken one member into the cabinet today. Mahmood Ali who was the deputy CM had the chance to become the first minister of the 2nd term of the TRS Government. It is learnt that Mahmmod Ali might continue with the same post and the portfolio might change. Mahmood got the same post again with the blessing of the MIM chief Owaisis it is reported.
KCR has consulted the MIM chief before taking Mahmood Ali it is learnt.Both Asaduddin and Mahmood Ali were seen exchanging pleasantries at Rajbhavan before swearing in and Mahmood Ali profusely thanked the MIM chief and also the CM KCR.
After swearing in Mahmood Ali tied the Raksha knot to KCR on his hand and kissed on hand. This is a regular habit with Mahmood Ali.
