Harish Rao the caretaker minister of Telangana today voted in booth No 107 of Siddipet and that was the first vote of the booth. Soon after voting Harish Rao said that more voting should take place and that is needed for strengthening the democracy.
He said that the Urban voters, educated, employees and women in large numbers must come for voting he urged. For the sake of good governance and for the sake of democracy voting is a must he said. People should not ignore voting he opined.
The rural voting is more than 90 per cent on an average while the urban voting is less he said. Voting is the responsibility of every citizen and that sets the agenda for the future he said. Here in Telangana, he opined that the people will continue KCR government for the development and welfare measures. Electing the right MLA is the minimum task that the citizen must complete he said.
