The situation is very difficult for BJP in Telangana. Prime Minister Modi and BJP Chief Amit Shah are campaigning here, but the response is very lukewarm. Chandrababu and Rahul are better than Modi here in Telangana . Talking about Sardar Patel and religion will not work in Telangana. There are reports that the BJP may not retail all its five seats. It is not easy for Laxman the BJP President from Musheerabad and it is hard for Kishan Reddy this time from Amberpet. The campaign for TRS is going on local issue based Campaign which is working like anything. Modi is speaking at the national level and that is not going well with the cadres.
It is clear that the Charsimaof Modi or Amit Shah is not going to work here in Telangana.The fight is between TRS and the Kutami candidates and BJP can be termed as a marginal player now.Like MIM, the BJP leaders might retain their seats with great difficulty and they may lose one or two seats also. The problem with BJP is that the leaders are the contestants here and they don’t have time for the other candidates. Altogether they are just 4 prominent leaders in BJP. There is a traditional vote Bank for the party, but it has to be properly channelised.
