Rahul Gandhi the Congress chief is maturing with the way he is dealing with exposing the Rafale deal and Modi Government. So far he has been successful in highlighting that the corruption has in fact taken place and that Modi the PM is involved. The protests in Delhi and other parts of the country in front of the CBI offices were a highlight and well supported by the public in general.
As a matter of reply to this Senior, Congress Chidambaram was named in the Aircell maxis deal. The Modi Government could not cover up the Rafale deal properly and the France government gave different versions of the deal.
The involvement of Reliance in defence deals itself brought a lot of confusion and doubts in the Political arena and the Congress was right to expose the same in the parliament. Rahul could nail Modi in the Parliament in terms of Rafale deal.
But it all depends on how far the Congress will be able to win the elections in the 4 states apart from Telangana. Rafales, in fact, created a dent into the image of NDA Government. It will have a bearing on the coming elections. It has to be seen far Amit Shah and Narendra Modi will be able to swim against the tide in the coming elections of the 4 states.
There is a talk that the BJP might lose the 3 states out of the 4 apart from Telangana.
