The Telangana elections could be costly this time. The competition is stiff and the people of all parties are promising something or the other for the people. It is easy for the ruling party candidates as the caretaker CM and the TRS boss is taking care of the campaign directly. The other leaders like KTR, Harish and kavitha are also doing the publicity in most of the constituencies.
Since KCR has decided to tour all the constituencies there is no problem for the candidates. But the Congress leaders are facing a severe crunch, they were not in power at the centre and also in most of the states.
It may be noted that the Karnataka elections were funded by the TDP for the Congress party. Now also the TDP is trying to fund the Congress against the TRS in Telangana it is reported. But the seat sharing was not finalised and differences have cropped up between the TDP and the Congress it is reported.
The central Congress party is also in trouble for funds.All the big industrialists are with BJP and no one wants to touch the Congress. The BJP in Telangana will be funded by the funds from the central party.
It has to be seen how far the Congress will cope up with the fund crunch in the near future and how many seats will it get in the coming elections.
