Right from AA AA to Aravinda Sametha Trivikram Srinivas has copied the stories. Sometimes from Yaddanapudi or some other time from the Hollywood. Now Aravinda sametha is based on a story from Rayalaseema titled as Mondi Katthi meaning the knife is not sharp. There is also news that some part of the movie is from Hollywood where Robert De Nero is the Hero.
But all said and done Trivikram says that it is an inspiration and not copy. People can take inspiration but not copy. Sometimes the ace director takes the scenes and narration as it is from Hollywood and fits them nicely into the Telugu mould.
It is reported that the main writer of the Aravinda has met Trivikram in Ramoji film city, but the writer was not acknowledged in the titles of the movie.
There are also reports that the collections have dropped for NTR in USA and also in the Telugu states. Overall there is a hit talk and that is enough for the director and the hero. The other thing is that most of the movie has been shot in Ramoji film city and not the real backdrop of Rayalaseema. After Rangashalam people are recreating rural backdrop and atmosphere in Hyderabad.
That is cheap and easy to shoot in the sets rather than travelling to the rural areas.
Let’s see how it continues at the box office.
