The ladies in Telangana who were expecting Sarees for Bathukamma festival from brother KCR are a disappointed lot.
Now that Kavitha the Jagruthi chief and MP has opted out of the festival, the ladies in Telangana will be further disappointed. The ladies are very angry with the Congress and TD for stalling the process of saree distribution. Since they are not in a position to give the sarees due to the election code, Kavitha thought it better not to celebrate the festival.
This will have a lot of impact against the TDP and the Congress.
The opposition did a mistake by stalling the process of distribution of sarees for Bathukamma festival. The Telangana Government was gifting the sarees for this big festival Dasara and here the festival is being celebrated by the Government under the leadership of K Kavitha the MP and Jagruthi chief.
The ladies in rural and urban poor areas were expecting sarees from the Government as usual. Now they are demanding the sarees and also cursing the TDP and Congress for going to the Election commission and stalling the process of distribution.
K Chandrasekhar Rao the Telangana CM in his meeting announced that soon after the code was removed the ladies will get the sarees and he was sorry that he could not do the same for the festival. He lashed out at the opposition for stalling the process and ladies will curse them he said.
This would help in generating sympathy for the TRS and the women would vote for KCR in the coming elections.
