Congress, CPI TJS and TDP are coming together for a united front or Mahagantbahan against the ruling TRS. KTR the IT Minister and the son of KCR the CM of Telangana said that it the unholy alliance can be called as the Maha Ghatiya Bandhan meaning it is a useless combination. The very first fact that TDP aligning with the Congress is the worst combination that one can think about.
Senior NTR who launched the TDP against the Congress and ouster of Congress should be crying in the heaven on this unholy alliance. MIM leader Asaduddin Owaisi also pooh-poohed the alliance and said that it is a very bad front and the people will reject it outright.
The very fact that the TDP is looking at the support of the Congress shows that it is bankrupt for the time being. Even in Andhra Pradesh, the TDP is in a bad shape. The CPI, on the other hand, has no leader or cadre in Telangana. The Telangana Jana Samithi or the TJS is just a budding party and its chief Kodndaram is yet to learn politics. The way KCR has buried him in politics shows it all.
Added to this are two other parties that are YSRC and jana Sena. Jana Sena is fighting in alliance with the CPM and BJP is going all alone to help TRS in dividing the Congress votes.
All said and done it is an advantage to TRS. KCR has caught the opposition unawares by announcing the candidates. There is hardly two months time for the election and the pink party is prepared for it. The machinery is well oiled and greased for the elections. While the other parties are pondering in the dark over the selection of the candidates. TRS coming to power is final and fixed. The Muhurat for KCR swearing is December 23.
