NOTA is a pucca political film and Vijay has done a calculated move to take this movie first before the Taxiwala of Geeta Arts. It is reported that the producers of Taxiwala and the Hero Vijay had some difference over the release of the movie.

Getting work for Vijay is easy, but he has to choose it carefully. He must select good stories and different stories and not the routine love stories.
