K Chandrasekhar Rao the Telangana CM is a master strategist and he has hit the bullseye again. This is to arrest Professor Kodandaram and his so-called political party. Kodandaram has been harping on the employment promise made by KCR and wants to encash on the teachers and unemployed youth. But with Zonal system, KCR will now create a large number of job for the youth with local specific in nature and then Kodandaram will not have any issue to talk against the TRS Government.
The next step from KCR would be to appease unemployed youth and the employees in the state. As a first step, he has already hiked the salaries of various categories of people who were getting less salaries in recent times. But when compared to other states Telangana is one state where the salaries are very high from the government side.
That was the reason he met PM Modi and stressed on the need to give the permission for the Zonal System in Telangana. This will create lot of employment and he would give a lot of jobs to the local youth now. The centre has also more or less agreed to accord the permission for the proposed Zonal system. Once that is cleared Kodandaram will not have any case to argue at all.
Even if something is there, he is of no match to KCR at all. Kodandaram has no impact over the voters at all in the state. The TRS vote bank is intact and the farming community which constitutes the majority of the electorate in the state is overwhelmed with the water projects of TRS government apart from the insurance and financial input being extended by KCR. They will vote him and he is bound to come back to power.
He is leaving no stone unturned in creating major welfare schemes for the poor people in Telangana. It is the right time to go for the polls and he will sound the bugle on September-2.
