Former Prime Minister and Bharat Ratna Atal Behari Vajpayee who always talked with wit and humour said that he had no time to marry. It may be recalled that here in Hyderabad the Congress Chief Rahul Gandhi said that he is married to the Congress party.
Atal Behari was slapped by a teacher when he was in schooling that was the bad incident in his time as he recalled. He did not bother when he lost as the PM and had to step down with just one vote and never bother for power. He did not run a minority government like PV Narasimha Rao.
Shekawat, Advani,Jaswant Singh are the close friends of Vajpayee and Modi the close follower and confidant. Vajpayee liked music and songs. He played Holi and also danced to the tunes in his own way. Always smiling and greeting people. No enemies even in the political arena.
Vajpayee loved food and as bachelor boy, he loved cooking. Kichidi was the item he always and cooked apart from kachori. Evening snacks were also his favourite items apart from masala chai sometimes. Vajpayee mostly avoided outside food and he also cooked food for his parents. Participating in Kavi sammelan was one of his hobbies. He did a lot of reading like the former PM PV.
