The health of DMK chief Karunanidhi has been critical since last night. There was false news that Karunanidhi was no more and immediately there were rejoinders also. Some shops and cinema theatres were closed last night. He is the longest-serving chief of the DMK party. His BP dropped on July 28 and from that time there have been ups and downs.
Since last 2 years, Karunanidhi has been facing these problems. He also underwent minor surgeries. He is popularly called as Kalaignar. People across the state have been praying for his health. There were reports of people dying with heart stroke after hearing about Karunanidhi’s health condition.
Union Ministers, Chief Ministers of various states have visited the Cauvery hospital and enquired about the health of Kalaignar Karunanidhi.
