CM K Chandrasekhar Rao who was in Delhi rushed to Hyderabad and attended the funeral of his sister Leelamma who died in the Yashoda hospital this morning. She was 78 years old. Deputy CM Mahamood Ali, Minister K Taraka Rama Rao, Minister Harish Rao , MP Kavitha, MP Santosh Kumar and others attended the funeral.
The CM was seen with teary eyes as he lost the second sister in the recent times. Mrs KCR and Kavitha went to the ladies in the house and hugged them and convinced them to put on with the tragedy. KTR and Harish were seen chatting over the matter. The CM who supposed to camp in Delhi for a day or two to discuss on the National politics had to rush to Hyderabad due to this tragedy in the family.
KCR was moved to tears after seeing his sister. He paid tributes along with the Minister Harish Rao here. mayor Bonthu Ram Mohan and Home Minister Nayani were also seen.
Most of the VIPs today were busy with the function on Professor Jayashanker birth anniversary here in Hyderabad. It was done at the TRS Bhavan. MP Kavitha and others have rich tributes to Professor on this occasion.
