Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao who is Delhi will be rushing back to Hyderabad as his sister Leelamma died here in Hyderabad. She was admitted to Yashoda Hospital. KCR will reach Hyderabad by this noon it is learnt. Earlier he lost the other sister Vimalabai a few months back and wept like a child during the cremation.
KCR went to Delhi to get the Zonal system cleared by the centre and had a fruitful meeting with PM Modi. This is the second time that KCR met Modi since last few months apart from his son KTR. There was a broad political understanding between Modi and KCR that if in case the BJP needs numbers, KCR would give him the required support.
That means the contest here in Telangana between the BJP and TRS will be for name sake only. There will be a keen contest between the Congress and the TRS. It has to be seen if the TDP would join the Congress in fighting the TRS here in Telangana.
It looks like the idea of KCR to form a new federal front is forgotten for the time being as he cannot do the same ignoring the Congress and Modi is expecting to support from the TRS. So either way, the formation of the front is not possible.
