The infighting in the Congress party has already started. It begins from the Secunderabad constituency. Azharuddin the former MP from Telangana is seeking the seat from Secunderabad. But Anajan who lost to BJP Dattatreya from Secunderabad is an old timer from the same constituency. Both the party and also Anjan Kumar are suggesting Azhar contest in Hyderabad against Asaduddin Owaisi as there is enough Muslim population here and Azhar is also very popular in Hyderabad.
But Azhar is not confident that he would win the election against the MIM Chief Azharuddin. In the same fashion, there are several MLA seats where infighting is going on in the party. Some of them do not want Uttam Kumar as the PCC chief. There are around half a dozen aspirants for the post of the Chief Minister. The Bus yatra being organised by the Congress leaders was very unpopular.
If this continues and the infighting goes on, the Congress will crumble here in Telangana on its own weight. There is no proper opposition against the TRS party and the CM KCR is doing a lot of welfare here which no other government has done so far. It is very difficult for the Congress here to win some seats in Telangana. The TRS is geared up and is ready for early polls here. They have already started an indirect campaign for the elections.
