Chandrababu Naidu the CM of AP has allocated land to MP Muralimohans daughter at a cheaper price. While it is costing around Rs 50 lakh per acre, the Government has given her at Rs 8 lakhs per acre. This a big scam said the YSRC leader Jagan. They said that this a big scam and that Babu and Muralimohan are hands in glove with each other they alleged. There are also allegations that Chandrababu is a partner in Jayabehri constructions maintained by Murali Mohan.
It is alleged that Chandrababu gave away lands Hyderabad to Murali Mohan at a cheaper price and develops them where both are partners in the real estate business.People say now the same system is being followed in Amaravathi and the land was given to Muralimohans daughter in the name of NGO. Tha land was given away at a cheaper rate and it is a throwaway price. In future, it might be converted into the real estate venture.
The YSRC leaders are of the opinion that it is a big scam. Muralimohan has been attached to TDP since NTR days and he is like a family member to them. This proximity was used to get land for the daughter of the TDP MP. Jaybaheri constructions is a big name in the real estate industry and this company started selling Villas for crores of rupees in Hyderabad.
