The rupee has fallen to an all-time low against the US dollar in the early trade today with the weakening of macroeconomic fundamentals on the domestic front.
The partially convertible rupee was trading at a life low of 69.03
against the dollar. This was at about 9.25 am. It was at 68.65 yesterday against the dollar.The rupee had touched its previous low of 68 per dollar on November 24.
The traders are hopeful that the RBI would step in and prevent further losses in the currency against the dollar.
