Mumbai has been adjudged as the costliest city in India. When it comes to international level in the Global list Mumbai is ranking 55. People say Mumbai never sleeps and the Bollywood is also concentrated there. It is also called as the business capital of India and unfortunately, it is raining cats and dogs and the common man is suffering.
A lot of cellars of the buildings have caved in, cars damaged, deaths are reported and there is no respite for rains, Plane timings changed, cancelled and the metro is stopped for some time. Many flights have been rescheduled.
It is all due to poor planning in Mumbai that the water clogging cannot be avoided and the drain system is very poor. But all said and done it has its own Charm. All sections of the society live in Mumbai. You have slums .you have skyscrapers.
It is a dream city for some people. The met department has predicted very heavy rains in isolated places of Mumbai. The rain could be there for another three days.Children are not going to schools because of rains. Some trains have been cancelled and some of them have been rescheduled.
