The Maharashtra child rights commission has issued a notice to Rahul Gandhi and the management of Twitter for disclosing the identity of two minor victims of assault. A person by name Jadhav has complained against the Congress chief Rahul Gandhi and Twitter.
The commission has issued a notice to Rahul and Twitter and questioned them to answer as to why they should not be punished under the Juvenile Justice Act. It also comes under the act of protection for children from Sexual Offences. As per the law, the identity of the minors cannot be disclosed.
A video of two minors being beaten up for swimming in the well belonging to a farmer went viral for some days.
The boys were stripped and beaten up and the same was posted on Twitter by Rahul attaching the video blaming the RSS and the BJP for the act. The notice should have sent to Maharashtra CM and not Rahul Gandhi the Congress leaders said. This nothing but buckwass they added. Rahul Gandhi as a responsible man highlighted the issue and brought it to the notice of the officials they said.
The BJP said that it has become a regular habit for Rahul Gandhi to complain on BJP and PM Modi for each and everything. The Congress is just promoting the false narrative the BJP leaders stated.
