Many of them from this generation do not know that JD Chakravarthy was a star villain who acted in front Nagarjuna for the movie Shiva which was a path breaker director by RGV. Only some knew that JD was the hero of the movie Satya in Hindi directed again by RGV. JD was a director, he did many films with Urmila Matondkar so on and so forth. JD also worked as assistant director also.
He is a disciple of RGV and is very close to RGV. Now he was seen running around at the sets of officer movie launch at the N convention centre. Many of them do not know that he is the hero JD and some talked to him thinking that he was the event manager. JD also produced some films and now he is cooling his heels.
He got married in a low profile manner and is enjoying the married life. He treats RGV as his guru and for him, he has conducted the launch function of Officer at N convention owned by Nagarjuna. Maybe due to the paucity of funds they might have done it at N convention and given the job to JD as he would not demand any money for that.
JD actually wanted to marry superstar Sridevis sister while he was doing the Gulabi movie directed by Krishna Vamshi. Sridevi’s sister just rejected him outright. Gulabi was a big hit. Actually, his name is not JD, but since he was called as JD in his first movie Shiva with Nag, from that time he is being called as JD.
