It looks like Jagan the YSRC chief who is on a padayatra is all set to see that his MLAs resign for the Assembly. The resignation leaf, he has taken from the K Chandrasekhar Rao the CM of Telangana. It was KCR who started the method of just resigning to MPs and MLA seats for achieving demands. He used to resign and then win back the seats.
Now that the MPs have quit from the posts Jagan is trying to make a major impact by asking his MLAs to step down. Jagan already has got better sympathy than Chandrababu as he was firm on getting special status to the state. The MLAs of YSRC did not attend the Assembly and now they are quitting the Assembly soon.
The TDP Government will fall in defence and it is for Babu to decide on the future course of action.
It would be wise for him to dissolve the Assembly and go for fresh polls, even before Jagan gets enough steam to go for the election. The resignation of YSRC MLAs is to show the people that they are not for power and that they are fighting for the cause of the people.
Early polls will always be an advantage fo the TDP as it would reduce the anti-incumbency factor.
Meanwhile, Babu is gearing up for the hunger strike on his birthday and it will make the news. This is for the sake of Special status and against the partisan attitude of the BJP towards AP. JC Diwakar Reddy the senior leader from TDP said that nothing is going to change and there was no alternative to TDP and Chandrababu, they will win the next election.
