Jeff Bezos the Amazon Ceo was seen walking a robot dog, It was manufactured by an American company.
He has published the photo. Some tweeted after seeing the photo that the dog looks happier than the Amazon employees.
It also looked as if the dog was taking Bezos the worlds richest man for a walk.
When it comes to the fate of employees in India and especially Hyderabad, they just work like robots or slaves. One can see young B tech guys boarding the cars early in the morning travelling for about an hour reaching the office struggling to meet the targets a day in and day out.
Some of the guys working at home as they could not meet the demand of the employers or team leaders in the office. Some of them quitting unable to take the targets and pressures.
Some of them suffering from obesity and unable to move out of the chairs eating all junk and dirty food in the canteens.
Some lady employees learning to smoke and adjust to the crowd or face the axe. That is the sorry state of affairs of the employees at Amazon in Hyderabad.
To be precise the employees are made to toil for about 10 to 12 hours and finally, they don’t have proper holidays suiting to the Indian conditions. They get holidays and work with American conditions and are paid lower than the Indian conditions.
Amazon is like Naam bada Darshan chota. No one works here wholeheartedly. They want a salary and a job and they have no other option but to slog for about 12 to 14 hours instead of a 8-hour shift. Most of the IT companies are here exploiting the manpower.
It is like taking the work of 4 people with one hand and not pay them well and treat them well. Let’s hope the man walking the machine dog knows about this.
