The Congress members today created a ruckus in the Assembly while Governor Narasimhan was addressing the joint session of the Assembly on the eve of the first day of the budget session.
In an utmost unruly behaviour, it is reported that Council Chairman Swamy Goud was injured and was rushed to Sarojini Devi eye hospital immediately.
It is stated that Congress member Komati Reddy Venkatreddy hit Swamy Goud with an earphone after breaking it into pieces. The earphone was hurled at the podium and Swamy Goud was injured in the process. He has been taken to the Sarojini eye hospital for checkup and treatment.
There are allegations that the Congress members were intoxicated and were shouting slogans against the Government. They created a lot of Hungama and the Governor had to complete the speech in a hurry bury manner.
