After the merger with SBH, the banks are treating both the accounts of SBH and SBI as one, but when it comes to withdrawals it is treating the accounts as separate.
In the name of new software the SBI is looting the money left and right and the staff is unable to answer the queries of the customers.
It is charging the ATM cards fee left and right. The money is taken for the cards which are not working also.
The FDs from old SBH and SBI are treated as one and the TDS is deduced left and right.
The customers are put to a lot of trouble in the name of the new software. On one side they say it is only one account when it comes to your choice they say they are two different accounts.
On the whole, the customers are drawing the money left and right and closing the accounts with the SBI.
The staff has become lethargic and don’t do any transaction, one side they say they are merged for cutting the money, the other side they want the customers to keep both accounts and passbooks.
Some of them do not know where their branch has shifted and what is the status. Some are changing the passbook into SBI. People are fed up with the banks after demonetisation and the days are back they are keeping the money in the house safes again.
Some managers are in training and nothing movies forward without their authentication.
