Gangster Nayeemuddin case is turning murkier by the day. The state Government which has taken a right step in eliminating the Gangster is now trying to solve the case at the earliest possible . More issues are coming out as the case is being probed into.
The chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has suggested the police and revenue officials that the people must get justice at any cost. On the other hand the role of police in this case is being probed into. DGP has suggested the officers to probe as to what was the role of police in encouraging and helping Nayeem in the process.
A month after an eight-member team was constituted to probe into the nefarious activities of gangster Nayeemuddin and his aides, the Special Investigation Team (SIT) headed by Inspector General Y. Nagi Reddy got more strength.
Five police officials drawn from various wings were added to the existing SIT. In view of the increasing volume of investigation and also for better monitoring, Anjani Kumar, Additional Director General of Police, Law and Order, Telangana will oversee the progress of the case along with Mr. Nagi Reddy.
On the otherhand people are coming forward now to make complaint against Nayeem. The police are also looking into the connivance of politicians in this case. Apart from TS, Nayeem has dealings with people in other states also. The police has information that Nayeem gangs are still trying to operate even after Nayeem was eliminated.
