Goa CM Manohar Parrikar is one man who always gave surprises. He gave away the post of defence minister just for the sake of his Goa food. He was not Ok with the environment in Delhi and went back to Goa as the CM again.
He also moves about into small hotels without any security even on scooter sometimes. Here in the above photo, he is seen travelling in a second call bogie of a train without any security and people may not think he is a CM.
He openly admitted with the media that he was going away to his hometown Gao to have the nice atmosphere and food. He told that Delhi was not suiting his health.
There are very few politicians with this kind of low profile atmosphere.
