In a shocking allegation, a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP on Wednesday accused Aam Aadmi Party convener and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal of selling his party’s Rajya Sabha tickets.
BJP MP from West Delhi Parvesh Verma has claimed that Kejriwal sold two Rajya Sabha tickets for Rs 100 crore. Verma’s allegation has added fuel to the fire as the AAP was already facing criticism from founding member Kumar Vishvas and other political parties over naming leader Sanjay Singh, businessman Sushil Gupta and chartered accountant Narain Dass Gupta as its debutants for the Rajya Sabha.
Verma said he knows Sushil Gupta very well. “Both the Guptas own Rs 5,000 crore property. I used to think that Kejriwal would send his wife, not Kumar Vishvas and Ashutosh, to Rajya Sabha.
