Want to enjoy junk food and stay healthy too? A desi ‘samosa’ might be a healthier choice over burger, reveals a new Centre for Science and Environment (CSE) report said.

A report called ‘Body Burder: Lifestyle Diseases’ said that while samosa is dense in calorie, it doesn’t use a heavy amount of chemical in the form of preservatives.

It is largely made up of chemical-free ingredients like refined wheat flour,boiled potatoes,spices,vegetable oil, reported ,the media .

Whereas, a burger has high on preservatives, acidity regulator and emulsifiers.

“Fresh food contains none of the chemicals present in ultra-processed food,” said the report.
