The move, initiated by Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao to reorganize the 10 districts into 31 districts, has resulted in the phenomenal growth of the State in just one year.
The splitting of districts has not only brought governance closer to the people but also expedited growth in all sectors. Barring Hyderabad, nine erstwhile districts in the State were split into 30 districts bringing 21 new districts into existence.
In perfect sync with the vision of the Chief Minister, the administration as well as development has been decentralized.
A majority of the people are of the opinion that the formation of the new districts is a great advantage for people in terms of better administration.
People living in remote areas such as Eturunagaram have benefited to a large extent as their problems are receiving prompt attention from officials.
Quality of services in education and health sectors have improved considerably in remote areas.
