Many a times top stars reject new directors and good scripts. They want puri, Boyapati or Rajamouli. Sandeep Vanga the director revealed that if it was a star to be casted for the film, he would have considered Stylish Star Allu Arjun for Arjun Reddy.
He said “Allu Arjun would have nailed it with his power packed performance but could not get a chance even to meet him and narrate the script “.
“I met Allu Arjun and narrated a script six years ago but it did not work. Arjun Reddy will not come out such intense if any other filmmaker or a star joins hands as I will be restricted.
Many top filmmakers wanted me to tone down the script after which my brother stepped out to produce the film. I am completely happy with the way the film shaped up . Its a hit.
