Nannaku Prematho was entirely made in London so no need to pay tax here clarified Junior NTR.
He was asked by the IT department to pay tax on the profits made by the movie Nannaku Prematho. NTR clarified that he has no dues of what so ever and the tax issue does not arise for Nannaku Prematho.
Responding to media reports over evading Service Tax, actor NTR has released a statement to press in which he stated that he had acted as per his knowledge and added that he would ready to pay taxes to government if at all required.
Maintaining that he has been regular payer of taxes, NTR said, ” I had acted in Nannaku Prematho film in 2015. I was told that the Service Tax is not applicable since the film is shot in London. Hence, I didn’t charge any Service Tax from the film’s producers.
